The Brief

Leading retail marketing agency, RMI appointed us to produce and manage all their creative across their portfolio of managed Media Hosts, which spans across 7,000+ Stores and >1 Billion website impressions; including: BP, The Co-operative, Iceland, Morrisons and leading Independents. 
Our remit is to manage our out-sourced team of colleagues who sit within RMI who oversee a seamless operational function that encompasses all their Studio activity, from core look artwork manipulation through to fully comprehensive event creative, bespoke creative design, print management and campaign execution. to ‘Win a trip to New Orleans’.

The Solution

We began initially by producing comprehensive Media Kits, Specification Sheets and Template Artwork files for over 250 Touchpoints for 5 Retailer media portfolios. 
Our day-to-day services span:

  • Fully animated Digital Signage

Our Studio scales according to RMI’s needs and produces ‘Gold-standard’ final creative consistently, seen by millions of Shoppers who are exposed to our work every day. success, as delivery slots were extremely rare during lockdown and people were also having to explore their local shopping options during the unprecendented situation that everyone found themselves in.

 
 

The Result

Our knowledge and expertise has enabled RMI to concentrate on focusing their business on servicing their vast network of CPG & Retailer relationships, delivering insight-led planning and campaign evaluation.
